Voices On The Wall Survey 

Voices on the Wall is a short survey about the issues that affect you and people your age.

Your answers will help shape a creative project where students turn shared views into a large mural for the school. The mural will reflect what matters to you, your values, and your community.

How to complete the survey

• You will see a series of statements.
• These are about opinions, not personal experiences.
• For each statement, choose a number from 1 to 5 to show how much it bothers or affects you.
