Seekers are delighted to be working with the Pompey Pals Charity to create a new walking trail to educate and comemorate the Cockshell Heroes. The Cockleshell Trail tells the story of WW2 Operation Frankton, the Royal Marines and the places and spaces they lived and trained. Over the next few months we will be working with our veteran community to share stories so everyone can learn and enjoy a walk or ride around the trail.

This project was made possible thanks to funding from the Montagu Neville Durnford & St Leo Cawthan Fund which is administered by Hampshire & Isle of Wight Community Foundation. The fund was established to support people in need over the age of 50 in Portsmouth, with preference being given to Naval men and women or their widows.
