Let's Get Talking About Suicide .....
🌿 On Saturday 9 September 2023, The Aldingbourne Trust Sarah Mitas, and Lara Kynvin hosted a suicide awareness day in Victoria Park, Portsmouth.
The day was unlike any other, a blend of love, hope, and togetherness. A day of reflection, coming together, activities for mind, soul and body with support from national and local services.

Seekers were delighted to be invited to create a community mural of 'Love & Hope' located on the hoarding in Victoria Park, Portsmouth.

The feedback we had from last years event has been a positive one with services saying that the community were open to seeking support and those that have lost someone were grateful of the knowledge of a community of people who understood what they were going through.
